Position Summary: We are seeking an architect or architecture intern for appraisal and market study data entry, floor plan drafting, and basic office software operation, including ACAD. Key Responsibilities: 1. Appraisal and market study data entry 2. Floor plan drafting and ACAD software operation 3. Basic office software operation Architect or architecture intern with SAX knowledge required for appraisal data entry, market study execution, floor plan drafting, basic office software, and ACAD; motorcycle and automobile operation experience is mandatory. Salary: $12,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
