Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement and maintain an internal control system and ensure regulatory compliance within a financial leasing company, managing vehicle assessment and repair. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage internal control and regulatory compliance 2. Assess and manage vehicle repairs 3. Coordinate with workshops and agencies to ensure repair quality We specialize in financing the acquisition of tangible assets through financial leasing, aiming to help our customers achieve their financial goals. Objective: Implement and maintain an internal control system across all business processes of the Company and ensure compliance with internal regulations. Activities: * 1\. Analyze and assess damages to vehicles deemed total losses by Value, to definitively determine whether they are repairable or not. * 2\. Verify repair turnaround times at workshops and agencies, ensuring adherence to timelines defined by Value. * 3\. Determine and prepare a weekly schedule of visits to workshops and/or agencies to manage repair timelines and quality for Value’s units. * 4\. Jointly manage, together with the broker, ongoing repairs, their quality, and service timelines for Value’s portfolio.
