Job Summary: We are seeking a Body and Paint (B&P) Estimator to join our team, responsible for estimating vehicles received due to accidents, including mechanical, aesthetic, and administrative evaluations. Work focused on automotive damage estimation **Join the #1 Japanese automotive brand in sales, processes, and services.** We invite you to join our team as a \***BODY AND PAINT ESTIMATOR\***\-. **Available Positions: 1** For our dealerships under the brand: **Toyota Perisur / Toyota Pedregal.** **Salary: $ monthly gross and above** * $ * $ **What You Will Do:** * Estimate vehicles received due to accidents. **Mechanical Evaluation:** * Physical \- visual inspection of damages (per Toyota’s process). * Disassembly and inspection of internal components to identify deformations or hidden damage. * Collaboration with the appropriate maintenance, repair, or diagnostic technician for each case. * Photographs taken as evidence for file compilation. **Aesthetic Evaluation:** * Inspection of bodywork, paint, and possible impacts. * Interior review (upholstery, dashboard, wear). * Validation of the vehicle’s general condition. * Photographs taken as evidence for submission to the Appraiser. **Administrative Evaluation:** * Compile photographic evidence folders. * 100% contact with the B\&P Advisor (effective communication regarding potential additional work on the vehicle). * Support the B\&P Advisor as required (receiving vehicles, processing orders, follow-up). **Requirements:** * Experience in vehicle appraisal (dealership or private sector — MANDATORY) * Technical automotive knowledge * Results- and goal-oriented * Must reside no more than 1.5 hours away **Benefits:** * 15-day year-end bonus * 12 vacation days in the first year * 25% vacation premium * Uniforms * Profit-sharing (PTU) * 100% IMSS coverage * Traditional payroll * Access to the wellness app **Well Hub** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 hrs * Work location: Jardines del Pedregal. **Additional Offerings:** * Attractive income structure * Professional development within the group * Excellent work environment **Apply by sending your CV in PDF format via EMAIL \- ***desarrolloorganizacional@fameperisur.com*** Grupo FAME is looking for you… join a team that accelerates your growth.
