We are looking for a Draftsman Designer, read on so you can apply. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Develop and produce complete executive projects with technical precision and aesthetic alignment, including architectural, hydrosanitary, and special installation drawings, using BIM and CAD tools. Contribute to the constructive design of each project with a focus on functionality, quality, and constructability, according to the design standards of 17\.02 Studio. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Development of **comprehensive executive projects** (architectural, structural, installations). · Generation of **construction drawings**, technical details, and component drawings. · Preparation of hydrosanitary, electrical, special systems, and finish drawings. · Coordination of technical documentation across disciplines. · Support in drawing reviews for permits and construction. · Delivery of BIM and 2D documentation according to project or client requirements. · Direct collaboration with architects, engineers, and supervisors to ensure accuracy and technical compliance. **EDUCATION:** **Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architect\-Engineer** (graduated or completed degree). **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum **3 years of verifiable experience** in architectural firms or construction companies, developing executive projects. Specific experience in: * Executive architectural drawings * Hydrosanitary and special installation drawings * Interdisciplinary technical coordination. **SKILLS:** · **Advanced proficiency in REVIT (ESSENTIAL)** · Professional-level **AutoCAD 2D** skills · Knowledge of complementary software: SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop (desirable) · Understanding of applicable technical regulations (Building Code, NOMs) · **Intermediate\-advanced English** (technical reading, understanding of specifications and standards) · Attention to detail and technical accuracy · Organization and time management · Effective communication with design and construction teams · Ability to interpret complex projects · Proactivity, commitment, and responsibility.
