With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished. **How will you contribute to our magical experience?** The **Designer, Production ESPN** will join the **Multimedia Design** team to advise, troubleshoot, and execute any requirements related to the creation, manipulation, and adaptation of graphic content for video, **supporting key productions before and during the 2026 FIFA World Cup**. **The Designer, Production ESPN will be responsible for:** **Graphic design and production for broadcast:** * Create, adapt, and optimize graphic elements for live programs, pre-production, and post-production. Ensure correct integration of graphics into television and digital production workflows. * **Proficiency in professional tools and software:** * **Adobe Photoshop:** Photo manipulation, creation, and retouching. * **Adobe Illustrator:** Vector illustration and graphic design. * **Adobe After Effects:** Motion graphics and special effects creation. * **Cinema 4D:** 3D modeling and animation. * **Vizrt Artist:** Broadcast graphics development. **Animation and advanced environments:** * Creation and animation in 2D, 3D, and virtual environments. * Innovation in processes and techniques to enhance visual quality and workflow efficiency. **Collaboration and technical consultation:** * Provide creative support and solutions to producers and technical teams. * Ensure graphics meet ESPN standards and production control requirements. **What we need from you to be part of this story:** Essential requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). * Proficiency in graphic design on Windows and Mac platforms. * Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems in real time. * Collaborative work ethic and effective communication within multidisciplinary teams. * Basic English proficiency (reading and comprehension of instructions). Availability to rotate shifts during the week and work hours according to production assignments, in a 100% in-person modality in Tlalpan, CDMX * Desirable requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in television production, audiovisual media, and broadcast-related fields. * Familiarity with operational and logistical workflows of television production from the control room. * Basic or advanced knowledge of professional broadcast equipment (character generators, video switchers) and adaptation of multimedia content to specific broadcast formats. * Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Vizrt Artist. * Knowledge of non-linear video editing software is a plus. **Additional Information:** At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
