Availability: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Skills and Competencies 1\. Tool Handling: Experience using hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, etc.). 2\. Welding: Experience in capillary (copper) welding and threading. 3\. Gas Installations: Experience and knowledge of LP and Natural gas installations. 4\. Gas Regulations: Knowledge of LP and Natural gas regulations. 5\. Tortilla Machine: Familiarity with tortilla machines (Celorio/Verduzco) and their operation. 6\. Office: Proficiency in Office (Excel) for recordkeeping and reporting. 7\. Vehicle Operation: Ability to drive a standard vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. Personal Competencies 1\.
