The selected candidate will be responsible for **training technical staff** on repair and maintenance procedures, ensuring technical certifications, and guaranteeing that service standards are met across all dealerships. **Responsibilities:** * Train technicians in motorcycle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair. * Specialize staff in technical certifications. * Develop instructional materials and technical training guides. * Ensure accurate transmission of technical knowledge and quality standards. * Evaluate staff performance and ensure mastery of procedures. * Stay updated on industry technologies, procedures, and standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (mandatory). * Experience in technical training within the automotive or motorcycle industry. * Advanced English proficiency **mandatory** (assessments will be conducted). * Ability to convey knowledge and speak publicly. * Knowledge of motorcycle diagnosis and repair. * Availability to travel and conduct training at various dealerships. **We Offer:** * Salary up to $40,000 monthly, based on experience. * Comprehensive training program on products and technical procedures. * Professional development within a leading automotive industry group. * Job stability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Ideal Profile:** We seek a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a technical focus, passion for teaching, and the ability to become a product specialist and technical trainer for staff across all dealerships.
