




* Implement an annual training program for operators, mechanics, and administrative staff based on a training needs assessment * Update operator and administrative induction materials every 3 months * Fulfill Truckmovers’ annual training program for the mechanical department * Develop an annual training needs assessment diagram * Conduct monthly 5-minute talks for operator training * Maintain training record documentation on the Secretariat of Labor’s SIRCE platform * Track employee training on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Company phone * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
