Coordination and legal compliance in training matters A prominent company with presence in CDMX and the Metropolitan Zone is seeking: TRAINING AND OD ANALYST REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Education or Psychology * Experience: 1–2 years as a Training Analyst * Work location: Coyoacán Borough, CDMX * Comprehensive knowledge of the entire training process, including instructorship, solid understanding of NOM-035-STPS, course and instructional material development RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct the corporate-wide Needs Analysis (DNC) * Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC * Deliver scheduled trainings outlined in the annual Training Plan * Develop courses and instructional materials * Prepare descriptive course outlines and session plans for each course * Deliver the induction course for new employees * Ensure legal compliance in training and staff development matters * Coordinate and administer supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session * Apply NOM-035 * Support employee integration and motivation programs * Operate the MOODLE platform * Instructional design knowledge preferred WE OFFER * Salary: $15,000–$18,000 monthly/gross * Statutory benefits * Timely payments * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
