At **Nuxiba**, a leading company in software and telecommunications solutions, we are looking for a **Training and Culture Analyst** passionate about talent training, continuous learning, and strengthening organizational culture. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. * Experience in a similar role (minimum one year), with knowledge and hands-on experience in Organizational Development and Training functions. * Proficiency in training regulations (DC3, DC5) and instructional design. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Canva and Monday. * Strong planning, organizational, communication, follow-up, and needs-assessment capabilities. * Experience using training management platforms. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and monitor the **Annual Training Plan**, ensuring its execution and monthly measurement. * Identify training needs (TNA) at individual, departmental, and organizational levels. * Design and deliver internal courses, ensuring satisfaction, continuous improvement, and monitoring of external courses. * Execute and manage the onboarding process. * Develop position-specific training plans, ensure implementation, updating, and compliance with career development plans. * Support organizational development strategies and succession planning. **Benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. * Hybrid work arrangement (residency in CDMX or State of Mexico is mandatory). * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Professional development and continuous training. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Work location: Narvarte neighborhood.
