What will be your mission? Ensure that every real estate agency joining the platform undergoes a clear, structured, and results-oriented onboarding process—achieving adoption, activation, and billing within their first months of operation. Your day-to-day responsibilities: Execute end-to-end onboarding for new real estate agencies. Lead kick-off sessions, aligning expectations, objectives, and work plans. Train sales teams on platform usage, processes, and best practices. Accompany real estate agencies during their first months to achieve adoption and billing. Closely monitor activation, usage, and performance metrics. Build and analyze tracking reports in Excel. Identify adoption risks and propose corrective actions. Maintain a professional and consistent relationship with clients. Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal). What we’re looking for in you: +2 years of experience as: Commercial trainer or corporate trainer Onboarding / Customer Success specialist B2B, SaaS, or consulting solution implementer Experience working with KPIs, metrics, and results tracking. Strong Excel skills for control and analysis. Ability to explain processes, train teams, and drive adoption. Excellent communication, organization, and results orientation. Preferred experience in real estate, PropTech, or B2B SaaS. What we offer: Base salary: $23,000 MXN gross monthly. Commissions: up to $8,000 MXN upon achievement of activation and billing targets.
