We are looking for your talent as: **Product Training Advisor** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration or related field. * Availability to travel. * Valid driver’s license and experience driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles. * Previous experience in the same position at an automotive dealership (MANDATORY) **Desirable knowledge:** * Content editing (Filmora, Toonly or other tools). * Experience with LMS platforms and instructional design knowledge. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Main responsibilities:** * Design, develop and implement training courses for commercial areas. * Prepare newsletters with product news and updates. * Create manuals and comparative materials between products. * Translate and generate technical specifications. * Schedule and implement the training calendar (in-person and online). * Manage the training budget. * Deliver training courses and evaluate knowledge transfer. * Prepare monthly reports and manage expense documentation. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday.
