ACTIVITIES * Implementation and execution of technical and soft-skills training and development programs. * In-person and e-learning programs. * Delivery of courses to groups. * Coordination and analysis of organizational climate, engagement, performance, and other related surveys. * Preparation of executive reports for projects. * Monitoring of the internal English program and talent tracking. * Proposal and implementation of organizational improvement and engagement initiatives. * Support in recruitment. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * 4 years of experience in organizational development and/or training. * Knowledge of training delivery, workplace climate assessments, performance evaluations, 360-degree feedback, and 9-box analysis. * Intermediate Excel skills and intermediate English proficiency. **Offer Conditions:** **Net monthly salary:** 40000 **Benefits:** **Salary:** $30,000 \- $40,000 (commensurate with experience) \+ statutory benefits and above, food vouchers, and savings fund, life insurance
