Professional development and continuous learning. **Head of Personnel Attraction and Retention** **Position Objective** Coordinate **recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training** processes, ensuring timely vacancy coverage and follow-up with newly hired personnel. **Main Responsibilities** **Attraction and Selection** * Coordinate the recruitment team to cover operational and administrative vacancies. * Conduct and supervise structured interviews and selection filters. **Onboarding and Retention** * Coordinate the onboarding process and follow-up for newly hired personnel (30 / 60 / 90 days). * Identify early turnover risks and implement corrective actions. * Follow up on feedback from immediate supervisors. **Training** * Coordinate the schedule for onboarding and internal training sessions. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience** * 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources departments. * Experience in recruitment and selection (operational and administrative). * Experience coordinating small teams or processes is desirable. **Knowledge** * Recruitment and selection * Onboarding and training * Basic HR metrics * Basic labor legislation (Federal Labor Law) **Key Competencies** * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Working with operational teams * Results-oriented approach * Analytical ability * Proactivity **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Job stability * Professional development and continuous learning **Work location: Santa Fe**
