




Position Summary: We are seeking an in-person trainer for real estate advisors to strengthen knowledge in administrative, legal, commercial, and tax areas of the sector. Key Highlights: 1. Design and deliver training sessions for real estate advisors. 2. Develop and adapt specialized teaching materials. 3. Collaborate on future training projects. Design and deliver in-person training sessions targeting real estate advisors, strengthening their knowledge and compliance in the **administrative, legal, commercial, and tax** domains specific to the real estate sector. Main Responsibilities * Deliver in-person training to real estate advisors. * Develop and/or adapt teaching materials aligned with the sector. * Evaluate participants’ learning and performance. * Address technical and operational questions during sessions. * Keep content updated according to current regulations. * Prepare basic progress and training outcome reports. Topics to Cover * Real estate administrative processes * Legal framework applicable to the sector * Commercial strategies and closing techniques * Tax compliance and obligations of real estate advisors Requirements * Demonstrable experience in the **real estate sector**. * Prior experience as a **trainer, instructor, or educator** (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of administrative, legal, commercial, and tax matters within the industry. * Strong communication, facilitation, and group management skills. * Must be located in **Mérida**. * Preferred: certifications in training or instructor development.
