Project, resource, and budget management **Organizational Climate Assessment and NOM-035 Consultant** **Position Objective:** Facilitate the effective implementation of organizational and technological development solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the sustainable success of Brivé Soluciones. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute organizational development projects. * Provide specialized advisory services to clients on organizational strategies and NOM-035 compliance. * Analyze customer data and feedback to generate reports and recommendations. * Manage project resources and budgets. * Facilitate training sessions and development workshops. * Participate in the implementation of organizational management technological solutions. * Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Law, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in consulting or organizational development. * Knowledge of organizational diagnosis, labor regulations, and NOM-035. * Ability to analyze data and prepare executive reports. * Familiarity with HR technology tools and data analytics is desirable.
