




We are seeking an Organizational Development and Training Analyst with strategic vision, a focus on organizational learning, and passion for driving talent growth. Key Responsibilities Design and update training content (e-learning and in-person). Manage training, onboarding, and internal development programs. Implement training needs assessments (TNA). Facilitate workshops, courses, and learning sessions. Monitor training KPIs: attendance, impact, satisfaction, and ROI. Coordinate performance evaluations and development plans. Administer LMS or training platforms. Prepare executive reports and departmental documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Communication, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training or organizational development. Knowledge of instructional design and learning methodologies. Proficiency in LMS tools, digital platforms, and content creation. Facilitation and effective communication skills. Key Competencies Project organization and management.
