Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's PDVs. Among their responsibilities are developing the maintenance plan for equipment to ensure proper and optimal operation, as well as managing and coordinating the national team of technicians to guarantee optimal performance, on time and in accordance with required service needs. Provide training and guidance to the technical team to ensure quality and efficiency in their work. Inventory and consumables management is essential to ensure service availability and timeliness. Analyzing recurring problems and situations affecting equipment is key to identifying support strategies and anticipating future incidents. Knowledge of maintenance processes is fundamental to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Maintenance Department within the Company.
