




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to support client implementation and onboarding for the People Talent platform, ensuring efficient and positive adoption. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in module implementation and configuration. 2. Training and follow-up for key users. 3. Collaboration with Implementation, Development, and Customer Success teams. At **People Talent**, we seek a person eager to learn, execute, and accompany our clients during their initial stages on the platform. What will be your mission? Provide support in implementing **People Talent** modules, ensuring proper configuration, data loading, and initial guidance so that our clients adopt the platform efficiently and positively. Main Responsibilities: * Support module implementation (functional testing and data loading). * Provide operational support to clients during the implementation phase. * Train and follow up with key users. * Document processes, manuals, and user guides. * Support internal communication and platform launch with clients (video demos, visual guides). * Collaborate with Implementation, Development, and Customer Success teams. What are we looking for in you? Education and Experience: * Completed or near-completion bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Strategy and Transformation, or related field). * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within HR processes, training, or implementation. * Intermediate English proficiency. Technical Knowledge: * Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation and cleaning). * Experience using SaaS platforms. * Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Genially, and Moodle.
