Job Summary: We are seeking a Surgical Instrument Technician in Cuernavaca to provide surgical technical assistance and support, verifying instruments and performing post-event counts. Key Highlights: 1. Provide surgical assistance while maintaining the sterility of the surgical field. 2. Perform counts of instruments and supplies and report any incidents. 3. Provide clinical and surgical consultation according to the client's needs. **WE ARE HIRING A SURGICAL INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN IN CUERNAVACA** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify requested and dispatched instruments and supplies prior to the surgical event. * Provide surgical assistance as assigned, maintaining the sterility of the surgical field. * Provide technical support during the perioperative period according to institutional needs. * Perform post-surgical event counts of instruments and supplies; report any incidents or anomalies to the immediate supervisor. * Process hospital billing to generate appropriate charges in accordance with each institution's regulations. * Complete and formally submit internal documentation for administrative management. \u2022 Assist with the entry and exit of equipment requested per event. * Perform counts and complete established forms for consigned supplies and instruments (if applicable). * Provide clinical and surgical consultation according to the client's needs. * Attend all academic activities established by Inter Médica. * Attend activities designated by Inter Médica as required by operational needs. * Report daily to your direct supervisor, providing status updates on your activities and location. **WE OFFER:** * Base monthly salary of MXN 12,300, tax-free * Per-event payments * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with on-call availability * Training * Work tools * Uniforms **SKILLS:** * Responsible * Committed * Team player * Flexible schedule availability Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: MXN $12,000.00 \- $12,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
