Head of Training Blue-Collar **Job Req ID:** 134585 **Location:** Lagos de Moreno, MX, CP47410 **Position Objective:** Coordinate technical training plans, ensuring standardization of guidelines and methods for specific areas of specialization, thereby guaranteeing effective personnel training. * Supervise site-based technical training coordinators. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in updating the technical training procedure. * Participate in reviewing and/or updating PLP and AMEF documents. * Design, schedule, deliver, and document technical training courses for non-union personnel across various departments (internal and external). * Support the creation and updating of the development plan for technical training personnel (coordinators/leaders/successors). * Verify training effectiveness for personnel, ensuring adherence to methods established by Engineering, identifying weak points (e.g., effective/ineffective trainings), and proposing improvement measures to ensure training success. **Required Qualifications:** * Education: University degree * Field of Study: Professional / Technical (Administration, Industrial Engineering or related) * Language: Advanced English. * Experience: Cross-departmental/area coordination activities; familiarity with work instructions and problem-solving scenarios; experience in Production, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance; personnel management. * Technical Knowledge: IATF16949 standard, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, Statistical tools (7 Quality Tools), Problem-solving tools (8D), Product integrity, Risk analysis, Customer-specific requirements, Reading and interpreting simple texts and graphics, Problem solving, Office software proficiency, Instructor certification, Training administration, Effective presentation skills, Group facilitation techniques, TWI, Manual development, Training needs identification. **Join our team and apply now!**
