




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with expertise in operational training and coaching, strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, and willingness and availability to travel. Willingness and availability to travel is essential Bachelor’s degree completed in: Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Essential: Prior experience in operational training, coaching, or similar roles * Preferred experience in: o Psychometric assessments o Measurement and analysis of workplace climate o Fieldwork (stores or branches) * Technical knowledge and skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel (basic–intermediate level), PowerPoint (for presentation development), Canva (for training material design) * Report writing and performance indicator tracking * Communication, facilitation, and leadership skills * Schedule: o Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs o Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs o Fixed rest day on Sundays * Travel availability: Essential Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
