### **Join OMESE Facility Services as Cleaning Coordinator** **Position:** Operational Coordinator **Location:** Tlalpan (Hospital Zone) **Work Mode:** On-site **Shift:** Afternoon (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) **General Responsibilities:** * Assign staff according to requirements per floor and area. * Schedule breaks, shift changes, and shift swaps. * Supply supervisors with necessary materials. * Monitor newly hired staff and track cleaning-related reports/complaints. * Supervise supervisors’ activities and conduct hospital walkthroughs. * Assist with bed making and placement of welcome kits in patient rooms. * Accompany new staff to prepare rooms or areas for cleaning. * Enter rooms to expedite room release and report updates in SAP. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Verify completion of operational forms and sign monthly logs. * Review waste manifests prior to facility exit. * Ensure compliance with client-established procedures. * Coordinate and supervise activities of assigned personnel. * Continuously report service status to the Project Manager. * Maintain up-to-date cleaning of rooms and areas for occupancy. **Requirements:** * Minimum Education: High School Diploma. * Minimum Experience: 2 years in operational coordination or similar role. * Skills: Leadership, organization, effective communication, and personnel management. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 net monthly. * Statutory benefits. * Holiday pay in accordance with applicable law. * Complimentary uniform. * Paid, ongoing training (including DC-3 certification). **If you meet this profile, don’t waste time—apply now.**
