




Job Summary: We are seeking a mechanic with experience in agricultural and construction machinery for diagnosis, repair, spare parts management, and staff training, while maintaining order and constant communication with the workshop supervisor. Opportunity to share knowledge and train assistants REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: · * Agricultural and construction mechanic: 2–4 years * Machinery diagnosis: 2–4 years RESPONSIBILITIES: * Submit repair order opening requests. * Identify technical needs to reinforce acquired and required knowledge. * Receive spare parts required for services. * Inspect and ensure appropriate working conditions. * Share knowledge with assistants and mechanics. * Diagnose equipment failures and determine warranty eligibility where applicable. * Collect diagnostic evidence and document procedures performed to resolve issues, providing justification for completed work. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Regularly update the workshop supervisor on the status of assigned repairs. * Request the field report form. * Develop and conduct checklists for equipment conditions upon entry for repair or service. * Enforce order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report incidents to the workshop supervisor. * Attend scheduled training sessions punctually.
