We are currently seeking a Technical Support and Maintenance Specialist. Position Objective: Provide remote, telephone, and/or on-site technical support to users of equipment or systems, ensuring continuity of communication services within the Cooperative. Some of your main responsibilities would include: * Providing technical support to users for proper use of computer equipment and software. * Operating or monitoring systems to verify proper functioning and service continuity. * Ensuring backup of vital information for company operations. * Backing up Core Banking processes (account creation, test databases, daily closing, and report delivery). * Configuring equipment, backing up data, and performing equipment maintenance by visiting sites to carry out these activities. Minimum Requirements: * Education: Technical degree, TSU, and/or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems * Server administration * Hardware and software installation and maintenance We Offer: * Base salary of $8,000 to $9,500, depending on experience * 10% food vouchers upon signing an indefinite-term contract * Medical protection plan * Work schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Flexible availability during working hours is required.
