**Job Objective:** Ensure the proper execution, supervision, and monitoring of technical fieldwork, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, schedule, and cost standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor technical activities carried out at the assigned site. * Verify that work is performed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Identify and report deviations, failures, or technical risks during operations. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and summaries of completed work. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on-site. * Validate the appropriate use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Support commissioning, testing, and closure of technical projects or services. * Maintain constant communication with administrative and supervisory departments. **Job Requirements:** * Technical diploma or engineering degree (electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, industrial, or related field). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Technical knowledge in maintenance, installations, or supervision. * Basic proficiency in reporting and digital tools (Excel, email, etc.). * Willingness to work on-site. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment * Organization and follow-up * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Problem-solving ability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
