Responsibilities * Preparation of desserts according to standardized recipes. * Production of bases, creams, doughs, and decorations. * Assembly and presentation of desserts for service. * Portion control and waste reduction. * Inventory management of the pastry section. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (NOM-251). * Cleaning and organization of the work area. * Support in developing new desserts (desirable). Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of professional pastry-making experience. * Technical training in pastry-making or gastronomy (desirable). * Knowledge of volume production and assembly. * Hygienic handling of food. * Flexible availability.
