Oversee recruitment and selection processes at all levels We seek a Recruitment Manager passionate about talent who will design and drive innovative attraction and selection strategies to integrate top professionals and strengthen our organization’s growth. **Position Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. * Master’s degree in Human Capital, Organizational Development or MBA preferred. * Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * At least 2 years of experience leading teams. * Experience in mass and specialized recruitment. * Proficiency in job boards and professional networks (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). * Knowledge of competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, recruitment metrics (KPIs), mass, specialized and digital recruitment, sourcing and hunting strategies, and basic labor legislation. * Strong digital and technological capabilities to optimize recruitment and selection processes. * Results-oriented mindset, leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills. * Experience implementing HR management software. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and execute the annual recruitment strategy. * Supervise and coordinate recruitment and selection processes at all levels. * Ensure timely vacancy coverage aligned with operational needs. * Establish and monitor departmental KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, early turnover, etc.). * Collaborate directly with operational leaders to anticipate staffing peaks and requirements. * Implement attraction strategies and employer branding. * Develop partnerships with job boards, universities, and headhunters. * Supervise competency-based interviews and psychometric/technical assessments. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Prepare executive reports for senior management and propose continuous improvements to recruitment processes and tools. **Competencies** * Leadership * Strategic planning * Assertive communication * Decision making * Results orientation * Negotiation * Organization and follow-up * Discretion and professional ethics * Digital analytical thinking * Technology innovation applied to Human Resources **Performance Indicators** * Average time-to-fill vacancies * Cost-per-hire * Probationary period turnover * Internal leaders’ satisfaction level * Vacancy coverage target achievement **Compensation Structure:** * Monthly gross salary: $35,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Subsidized cafeteria * Travel discounts **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
