




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to attract, evaluate, and select the most suitable human talent, ensuring compliance with required profiles and contributing to organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attract and evaluate suitable human talent for the company 2. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates 3. Support administrative activities within Human Resources **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from **8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday, from **8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** **Salary:** * **$12,000 per month** **Job Objective:** To attract, evaluate, and select the most suitable human talent to fill company vacancies, ensuring compliance with required profiles and contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Post job openings across various recruitment sources (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). * Screen resumes according to required profiles. * Contact and interview candidates (by phone, virtually, and in person). * Administer and evaluate psychometric and technical assessments when necessary. * Compile and safeguard candidate files. * Coordinate interviews with department leaders. * Verify employment references. * Follow up with candidates until hiring is completed. * Maintain the candidate database up to date. * Support administrative activities within the Human Resources department. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection (preferred). * Proficiency in job boards and social media platforms. * Basic knowledge of competency-based interviews. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Results orientation * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
