JOB OBJECTIVE Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in **international automotive lighting product injection, assembly, and commercialization processes**, guaranteeing that components meet technical specifications, aesthetic requirements, and automotive industry regulations, while minimizing rework, scrap, and customer returns. (FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED — INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ENGLISH) 2. SCOPE OF THE POSITION * Supervision of quality inspectors on production lines. * Quality control in plastic injection and assembly processes. * Final product validation prior to commercial release. * Follow-up on internal and external complaints. 3. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TROGRIM Injection Process Control * Verify critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle times). * Supervise dimensional and visual inspection of plastic parts (lenses, housings, diffusers). * Detect defects such as flash, bubbles, deformations, color or gloss variations. Assembly Process Control * Validate correct integration of electrical and plastic components. * Supervise basic functional lighting tests (where applicable). * Ensure compliance with customer aesthetic standards (finish, uniformity, transparency). Non-Conformance Management * Issue non-conformance reports. * Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Follow up on corrective actions with Production and Engineering. Customer Support (where applicable) * Support customer audits. * Prepare documented evidence and traceability records. * Reduce return or warranty rates. 4. REQUIRED PROFILE Education * Industrial, Process, Mechanical, Plastics Engineering, or related field. Experience * 3–5 years in industrial quality. * Experience in the automotive sector or plastic manufacturing. * Minimum 1 year supervising personnel. Technical Knowledge * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). * Statistical Process Control (SPC). * ISO 9001 standards (IATF certification preferred if formal automotive experience exists). * Visual inspection criteria for automotive plastic parts. 5.
