Job Summary: Quality Management System Supervisor responsible for ensuring, implementing, and maintaining quality processes, leading meetings, and reporting to Management on continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and AEO. 2. Coordinate and lead quality system meetings and report to Management. 3. Train personnel and perform production line release. **Quality Management System Supervisor** **Requirements:** Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum **5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)**. Experience in **AEO** and **IATF** is desirable. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure establishment, implementation, and maintenance of processes under the **ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System** and **Supply Chain Security (AEO)**. * Coordinate, lead, and document quality system meetings. * Report to Management on system performance and requirements for continuous improvement. * Promote awareness of customer requirements across all organizational levels. * Encourage staff participation in quality system activities. * Issue quality certificates, **RoHS, REACH, and expiry certificates**. * Address and follow up on **corrective actions** until closure. * Present results and reports on corrective actions. * Maintain physical and electronic archives of system reports. * Train personnel on topics related to the quality system. * Perform **production line release**. **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000 to $20,000 monthly, **less taxes** Work location: Two blocks from Plaza Centro Sur * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (On-site) Payment: Biweekly * Statutory benefits * **30 days’ year-end bonus** * **40% vacation premium** * **$500 monthly food vouchers** Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
