This role performs analytical testing, maintains laboratory controls, supports quality systems and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee product consistency, food safety and compliance with industry and Bunge’s regulations. This role gives support to the commercial team to ensure a quick and confident response to our customers. The Quality Analyst collaborates closely with logistics, manufacturing and technical service to support decision\-making and maintain service level target. What You'll Be Doing: Ensure compliance with HACCP and company quality management systems (e.g. FSSC 22000\) Manage and keep updated documents required by customers and regulatory requirements for the correct operation of tolling partners, Food Safety and Quality assurance for all the Suppliers. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to Bunge’s specifications. Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials and finished products before release. Support internal and external audits and assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and quality documentation for internal and customer/supplier use. Maintain and update quality records such as BOM data, on internal and external (Customer/Supplier) systems. Participate in optimization and/or developing projects related to Bunge’s tolling partners. Provide training on quality procedures to production staff when needed. Identify opportunities to improve testing, efficiency, method accuracy and quality safety. Skills/Experience 3 to 5 years’ experience in food industry or similar. Bachelor’s degree in food science or engineering, biochemical, chemical or other related to technical area. Fluent English. Desirable specialized technician studies in some food processes. Monday to Friday remote availability on weekends. Availability to travel or address change.
