Opportunity to advance to Project Coordinator. **Architectural Project Designer / Interior Designer** We are looking for a creative and technical professional with a passion for detail. The purpose of this position is to transform concepts and ideas into high-impact visual representations (renders) and precise construction drawings enabling error-free construction. You will be responsible for ensuring that **D\_OBRA**’s aesthetics are maintained at the highest standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Design and Conceptualization:** Development of interior design proposals, selection of color palettes, furniture, and lighting. * **3D Visualization:** Generation of high-quality photorealistic renders for client presentations. * **Technical Documentation:** Development of architectural drawings, finish plans, millwork drawings, installation plans, and construction details. * **Material Specification:** Preparation of concept catalogs and finish tables, ensuring technical and economic feasibility of proposed materials. * **Project Organization:** Maintaining file organization, drawing version control, and company material libraries. **Technical and Academic Requirements** * **Education:** Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Preferred 1–2 years in interior design or executive project development. * **Required Software:** * **AutoCAD:** Advanced proficiency (use of layers, dynamic blocks, and layouts). * **Google SketchUp:** Agile and precise 3D modeling. * **Rendering Engine:** Proficiency in (V\-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar). * **Microsoft Excel:** Intermediate level for catalog generation and basic quantity take-offs. * **Soft Skills:** Strong aesthetic sensibility, excellent organizational skills, ability to work under deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail. **Employment Conditions** * **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Salary:** $12,000 \- $18,000 MXN per month (based on portfolio and competencies). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Growth:** Opportunity to advance to Project Coordinator as the company grows.
