Streamline project workflows and ensure quality and safety standards **Job Title: Project Coordinator Team Leader** Remote Position Annual Salary USD 25,000 **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and driven **Project Coordinator Team Leader** to oversee our installation operations department. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 5–6 Project Coordinators responsible for the successful execution of **Roofing, Solar, Window, Door, and Siding installations**. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on leader with a strong background in construction—specifically solar or roofing—who can mentor a team, streamline project workflows, and ensure every installation meets our standards for quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Team Leadership \& Development** * Directly supervise and mentor a team of 5–6 Project Coordinators, ensuring accountability and high performance. * Conduct regular team meetings to review project pipelines, address bottlenecks, and set weekly goals. * Train new hires and provide ongoing support to existing staff on construction best practices. * Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer issues or technical installation challenges. **2\. Project Management \& Operations** * Oversee the full lifecycle of residential and commercial installation projects (Solar, Roofing, Siding, Windows, Doors) from contract signing to final inspection. * Monitor project timelines, ensuring materials, permits, and labor crews are scheduled efficiently to meet deadlines. * Collaborate with field superintendents and installation crews to resolve on\-site discrepancies or material shortages immediately. * Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. **3\. Process Improvement** * Analyze current workflow processes and implement improvements to reduce cycle times. * Ensure data is accurately maintained in company systems to generate reliable reports for senior management. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or Operations within the construction industry. * **Industry Knowledge:** **Required** experience in **Solar or Roofing** industries, OR significant general construction management experience with demonstrable technical construction knowledge. * **Leadership:** Proven track record of leading, managing, or supervising a team (previous experience managing 5\+ direct reports is highly preferred). * **Language:** **Must be fluent in English** (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate clearly with customers, crews, and management. * **Computer Literacy:** Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and general computer navigation. **Preferred Skills (Not Required)** * **CRM Experience:** Previous experience using CRM or Project Management software (e.g., Salesforce, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, HubSpot) is a strong plus. * Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints or plan sets. * Experience managing multi\-trade projects (e.g., a re\-roof combined with a solar detach/reset).
