You support our team as PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. * Lead, motivate, and develop production team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor standards. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (IATF 16949, ISO, and internal procedures). * Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, scrap, downtime) and implement corrective actions as needed. * Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem\-solving activities. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve production issues. * Ensure proper staffing, training, and skill coverage across shifts. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in automotive or manufacturing environments. * Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems. * Proven leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
