This role coordinates the team of quality inspectors, auditors, and external resources (sorting companies), ensuring product and process compliance. The position is critical to reducing and properly managing suspect or blocked stock at QueP. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the team of quality inspectors, auditors, and sorting company resources, ensuring their adequate training and correct execution of activities. * Ensure product and process compliance through regular process and product audits, including release of production batches. * Guarantee proper handling of blocked material: identification, control, tracking, and final disposition. * Coordinate and execute internal containment actions in response to non-conformities or quality alerts. * Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities, participating in 8D investigations and follow-up on corrective actions. * Follow up on open actions arising from eLPC and internal audits. * Support creation and tracking of Internal Quality Incidents (QI). **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in similar positions within manufacturing environments. * **Languages:** + Spanish: C1 (advanced) + English: B1 (intermediate) **Technical Skills** * Manufacturing Processes * Quality Management Systems * Quality Processes * GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) * Problem Solving **Competencies / Soft Skills** * Results-oriented * Negotiation skills * Analytical thinking * Effective delegation * Customer orientation **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
