Our collaborative, global team is committed to transformation and innovation, enabling key lifecycle capabilities across IT, HR, Legal, AI, and more. We are seeking a Product Analyst who will primarily focus on Business Systems Analysis while also contributing to Software Development initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams todesign, build, and deliver scalable solutions that create value through improved efficiency and user experience. **What You Will Do** * Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into actionable backlog items aligned with business objectives. * Analyze data and process gaps, recommend improvements, and drive automation and process optimization using multiple tools, including AI. * Facilitate root cause analysis, testing, and user acceptance to ensure quality product releases. * Design, develop, and maintain application modules, custom applications, workflows, and catalog requests in ServiceNow. * Build and maintain API\-based integrations and update existing applications to meet evolving business needs. * Participate in code reviews, unit testing, knowledge sharing and documentation while adhering to ServiceNow best practices. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * 2\+ years professional experience in Business Systems Analysis and/or Software Development, preferably within the ServiceNow platform. * Understanding of ServiceNow modules and applications. * Experience creating epics, user stories, process flows and knowledge documentation. * Experience building strong cross\-functional business relationships and communicating complex problems/solutions to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of work in a global, cross\-functional, Agile team environment. * Excellent organization and verbal/written communication skills and the ability to interact and collaborate effectively, both in person and through virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Experience with XML, API integrations, and cloud\-based systems. * Experience leading multi\-story projects and coordinating larger team efforts. * Experience with Agile methodologies and tools. * Experience in cost/economic evaluations and driving improvement through automation. * Knowledge of Predictive Intelligence and Agentic AI. **Who We Are** Koch creates and innovates a wide spectrum of products and services that make life better.
