Job Requirements* Minimum education required: Technical degree in engineering. * Experience in advanced plastic injection. * Experience in advanced cycle efficiency and parameters. * Experience in advanced equipment troubleshooting. * Experience in advanced machine startup and shutdown. Job Responsibilities* Adjust and control all process parameters and auxiliary equipment functions to ensure production of parts within specifications. * Drive process efficiency improvements through data collection, problem solving, machine startups, and testing of new molds. * Provide direct support and assistance to the Process and Production areas in activities such as machine startup and shutdown, equipment troubleshooting, cycle efficiency monitoring, among others. Additional Benefits and Perks* Permanent employment. * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night every 2 weeks.
