Job Summary: We are seeking a shift supervisor for plastic injection responsible for operations, maintenance, and supervision of personnel and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of plastic injection machines and equipment 2. Coordination and training of injection personnel 3. Management of cleaning and maintenance programs A company dedicated to plastic injection is looking for a shift supervisor for its plastic injection area. Requirements: Over 22 years of age High school diploma or technical degree Experience with plastic injection machines Responsibilities: Verifies and adjusts (if necessary) the optimal operation of injection machines and equipment. Conducts operational tests and initiates production. Manages the master cleaning program, preventive maintenance, and magnet monitoring. Coordinates and/or trains injection personnel. Manages removal of finished products from machines. Responsible for ensuring raw material supply for each injection machine. Shift handover. Verifies and ensures timely follow-up on the master cleaning program. Performs and records material transfers from injection machines. Supervises personnel. Reviews in-process production. Verifies parameters during the shift. Maintains injection area records and production logbook. Complies with occupational safety and hygiene guidelines, as well as environmental requirements.
