Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Manager to supervise, manage, and optimize payroll processes, including layout creation, payroll stamping, validation and authorization of payrolls, as well as personnel management. Training and development of payroll executives WE ARE SEEKING: **PAYROLL MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in this role.** * Proficiency in payroll calculation, payroll stamping, accounting, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and taxation. * Experience with ERP systems such as Compaq, NOI or similar. * Personnel supervision experience. * Experience managing headcount exceeding 800 employees. **Job Functions:** * Supervise, manage, and optimize payroll processes (weekly and bi-weekly). * Creation of layouts for mass payments. * Payroll stamping and XML file review. * Payroll validation and authorization. * Supervision of payroll and IMSS incidents. * Settlement and severance payment processing. * Knowledge of exempt and taxable items under the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Banking portal management. * PTU and Christmas bonus payroll processing. * Annual adjustments. * Accounting entries for provisions and expenses. * Tax and social security calculations. * INFONAVIT and FONACOT administration. * Preparation of employment contracts, personnel file integration, hiring, and termination procedures. * Management, training, and development of payroll executives. **We Offer:** * Salary: $23,000 – $24,000 GROSS MONTHLY. * Monthly performance-based bonus. * Statutory benefits from day one. * 100% IMSS contribution. * Direct hiring. **On-site Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Apply with your updated CV in PDF format and we will contact you.** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $24,000.00 – $27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Which payroll ERP system have you previously worked with? * What is the largest headcount you have managed for payroll purposes?
