




Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented Payroll Analyst with experience in weekly and monthly payroll processing, responsible for managing incidents, withholdings, and tax and labor obligations. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented **Payroll Analyst**, with solid experience in preparing, controlling, and administering weekly and monthly payroll processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper management of incidents, withholdings, IMSS-related transactions, and compliance with tax and labor obligations, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to current regulations. This position requires a committed individual with strong ability to work under pressure, maintain a high level of precision, and effectively collaborate with various departments such as supervision, treasury, and personnel administration. **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll. (Final payroll reconciliation vs. pre-payroll). * Validation of ISR, amortizations, withholdings, and employee count. * Registration of income/enrollment/induction of new hires. * Receipt of incidents reported by supervisors and managers, reconciling them against timekeeping records, medical leaves, and emails. * Control of employee withholdings such as FONACOT, INFONAVIT amortizations, and tool deductions. * Preparation and issuance of settlement documents (finiquitos). * Control of signatures on attendance lists for unionized employees. * Sending electronic pay slips and payroll stamping (timbrado). * Coordination with treasury regarding voucher and check tracking. * Calculation of employer-employee contributions (monthly and bimonthly). * Calculation of bimonthly variable amounts. * Tracking of weekly and monthly savings fund withholdings per employee. • Submission of files for the Savings Fund. * IMSS registration, termination, and modification procedures.
