At Stefanini, we are more than 30,000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what we love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site technical support and assistance to resolve application-related issues for end users at the client’s facilities. * Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. * Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues. * Assist in testing and implementing software updates and improvements. * Document and maintain support tickets, including detailed problem descriptions and resolutions. * Train end users on proper usage and functionality of our applications. * Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in application support or a similar technical support role. * Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques. * Familiarity with SQL and database management. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented and highly organized. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Experience with ticketing tools. * Intermediate English * Willingness to travel and relocate to various work sites according to client requirements. * Proven experience in IT infrastructure and network administration and support.
