Oversees industrialization processes based on specific technologies by developing and executing, new product \& continuous improvement processes based on AOP and growth projections for the site. KEY JOB AREAS OF RESPONSABILITIES: * Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes (SOS, SCS, PFME) * Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation * Responsible Setup compliance * Responsible to making time and give suport in PPH compliance. * Responsible of quick kaizen, knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process * Partner with maintenance Eng. /Technician for trouble shooting analysis for key/critical equipment * Improve processes controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation. * Responsible to support the training and operator’s certification in the identified critical process. * Lead line efficiency and improvement efforts (projects, pph, throughput, etc.). * Responsible for measure and updating layout changes in Auto CAD REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering. * \+1 year minimum experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement. * Experience with Plant wide project, example: Layout change, new machinery \& Equipment implementation, new machinery \& Equipment upgrade * English 80% * Core tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, PPAP) * IAFT 16949, VDA 6\.3, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, QCI\-15, QCI\-9 * Knowledge in the use of equipment’s and tools of the related areas (i.e. welding, machining, balancing, assembly). * Experience with CNC machining (e.g. Turning, Milling \& Grinding. * Ability to develop implement and follow up plant projects. * Capable of follow up activities according to the plant procedures. * Drawing and specification understanding (PI, QCI).
