Ensure uninterrupted material supply to support production and sales while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.**Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions Include:** * Use the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to ensure purchase order fulfillment. * Manage functional/supplier delivery relationships; includes approval and confirmation processes. * Support new product introduction (NPI), including ramp-up/ramp-down activities. * Maintain inventory targets. * Resolve material shortages/excesses; includes expediting or obsolescence processing. * Generate and implement process improvements for optimal material flow efficiency and effectiveness. * Work closely with quality personnel to ensure appropriate rework processes are followed. * Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. * Know and follow established job- and facility-wide health and safety procedures and rules. * Monitor customer order entry and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders (including production scheduling). **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing university studies (with full-time availability). * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. * Proficient in basic mathematics. * Competent in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook. * Bilingual (English–Spanish, **mandatory**). * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * 2 years of experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP). * Basic knowledge of quality control and inventory management. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work tasks. * APICS certification.
