Professional development in institutional projects ***Job Description*** Grupo Balle is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Hydro-Pneumatic and Pumping Systems, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and validating the proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services on electromechanical equipment installed at operational units. This position ensures operational continuity of equipment, compliance with technical standards, proper documentation management (logbooks, reports, evidence), and adherence to safety and quality regulations. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on hydro-pneumatic systems, motor pumps, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, and control panels. * Coordinate technical personnel in the field, ensuring compliance with service schedules and established response times. * Validate technical diagnostics, expert opinions, and photographic reports resulting from corrective maintenance. * Verify electrical and mechanical measurements (voltage, current, insulation resistance, pressure, equipment operation). * Supervise inspection, adjustment, and calibration of components such as pressure switches, valves, mechanical seals, bearings, electrical panels, and control systems. * Ensure proper execution of functional tests, automatic startup, and shutdown of equipment. * Control and validate the use of spare parts, ensuring they are new, traceable, and compliant with technical specifications. * Verify compliance with safety regulations (NOM\-029\-STPS, NOM\-017\-STPS) and proper use of PPE. * Supervise the proper preparation of logbooks, delivery\-acceptance reports, and supporting documentation for services. * Monitor incidents, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in equipment operation. ***Requirements*** * Degree or candidate in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising maintenance of hydro-pneumatic systems, pumping systems, or electromechanical equipment. * Knowledge of operation and maintenance of centrifugal pumps, hydro-pneumatic tanks, and control panels. * Experience managing technical personnel in the field. * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations (STPS). * Proficiency in using electrical and mechanical measurement instruments. * DC\-3 license currently valid is desirable. ***We Offer*** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development in institutional-level maintenance projects * **WORK LOCATION: JARDINES DEL PEDREGAL, CDMX** **IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU SHORTLY** Salary: $23,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
