**Job Objective** Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure operational continuity, safety, and quality in the company’s production processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on production machinery and equipment. * Address mechanical, electrical, and/or pneumatic failures on the production line. * Conduct equipment inspection routines and checklist procedures. * Support the installation, adjustment, and commissioning of machinery. * Report failures, spare parts used, and intervention times. * Comply with **industrial safety standards** and internal procedures. * Support activities related to **5S, TPM, and continuous improvement**. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Collaborate with production to minimize unplanned downtime. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or technical high school diploma in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in industrial maintenance. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Prior experience in **automotive or manufacturing companies** is desirable. * Basic ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams. **Technical Knowledge** * Mechanical and electrical maintenance. * Pneumatic systems and basic hydraulic systems. * Use of hand and power tools. * Fault diagnosis and resolution. * Basic PLC knowledge is desirable. * Industrial safety (LOTO, PPE). **Skills and Competencies** * Teamwork. * Sense of urgency. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Safety-oriented mindset. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Service-oriented attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
