Proficiency in real estate legislation and document control **Position Objective** Manage, coordinate, and monitor the title issuance process for lands sold by the company, ensuring proper file compilation, legal and notarial compliance, and timely delivery of deeds to clients, in accordance with current regulations. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Compile and validate title issuance files per client. * Review the legal status of lands (ownership, liens, land use). * Coordinate appraisals, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys. * Manage procedures before: * Notaries * Public Property Registry * Cadastre * Municipalities * Monitor the preparation and signing of deeds. * Verify payment of taxes, fees, and notarial charges. * Maintain constant communication with clients regarding their title issuance status. * Control and safeguard physical and digital files. * Prepare title issuance progress reports. * Identify and report legal risks or delays. * Meet timelines stipulated in sales contracts. * Ensure correct delivery of deeds to end clients. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 2–3 years in real estate title issuance or deed processing. **Technical Knowledge** * Real estate legislation * Deed processing and title issuance * Notarial procedures * Public Registry and Cadastre * Land regularization * Document control Employment type: Full-time, Probationary period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
