Support in equipment and new technology testing **OBJECTIVE:** PROVIDE FOLLOW-UP AND LEVEL 2 TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR HANDLING INCIDENTS, PROBLEMS, AND REQUESTS. ASSISTANCE WITH EQUIPMENT AND SOLUTION CONFIGURATIONS AND TESTING. \- PROVIDE FOLLOW-UP AND SUPPORT FOR OPERATIONAL TICKETS RELATED TO INCIDENTS, PROBLEMS, AND REQUESTS FOR LTE AND SATELLITE OPERATIONAL SERVICES. \- EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE CONFIGURATION. \- SUPPORT IN EQUIPMENT AND NEW TECHNOLOGY TESTING. \- PREPARATION OF REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY OPERATIONS.
