This role will be to support Manufacturing, Planning, and Operations while reviewing material accuracy. Communication and collaboration with Compliance, Quality Control, Production, Distribution, Material Operations, Finance, among others. **Essential Job Duties** * Perform cycle counts, and physical inventories and reconciliation activities in coordination with cycle counters. * Collect data and provide detailed root cause analysis, update KPI’s and metrics and escalate to management if needed. * Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies above tolerance and escalate to management. * Create and maintain Kanban control cycles. * Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for inventory control processes focusing on the inventory integrity of all Warehouse and WIP locations. * Develop communication relationships with Materials, Production, Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, Finance, Receiving and IQC. * Support special projects requiring immediate data extraction, manipulation and reporting. * Assist with any internal or external audits. * Ensure the use of personal protective equipment. * Adhere to all manufacturing policies, guidelines and procedures. Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensure daily discipline and good practices within the work area. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Required Skills and Experience** * English spoken 50%. * Minimum 1\-year prior warehouse experience and/or exhibits knowledge of inventory control activities (cycle counts, physical inventory, root cause analysis, replenishment processes etc.). * Able to work with minimal supervision. * Intermediate computer experience (including MS Office products and ERP systems). **Required Education and Training** * Bachelor’s degree **Preferred Skills and Experience** * Knowledge of GMP’s and previous work experience in a medical manufacturing environment. * SAP and Agile. **Additional Information** Intuitive is an equal opportunity employer.
