You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from profile definition with managers to offer closing—ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. * **Strategic Sourcing:** Execute direct search (*headhunting*) for key and mid-level positions using advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized databases. * **In-Depth Evaluation:** Conduct competency-based, behavioral, and cultural fit interviews. * **ATS Management:** Manage the candidate pipeline. * **Internal Consulting:** Collaborate with department leaders to define job profiles and business-aligned attraction strategies. * **Personnel File Management:** Assemble and maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files for each employee. * **Attendance Tracking:** Monitor tardiness, absences, medical leaves, and vacations for payroll calculation. **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years in end-to-end recruitment (agency or corporate). **Education:** Technical degree or Administration student. **Tools:** Psychometric tests and interview techniques. **Competencies:** Assertive communication, strong organizational skills, and decision-making ability.
